About Erika Indrani

Erika Indrani Hawley is an author, educator, and creator of The Alchemy of Wellness book and companion APP and The Inner Alchemy Method™, a holistic framework that helps people cultivate well-being through seasonal wisdom, embodied practices, and compassionate self-inquiry.

With more than twenty years of experience in integrative health and wellness, Erika's work is centered on one simple belief: well-being is not something we achieve—it is a relationship we cultivate. Through compassionate guidance and embodied practices, she helps people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, navigate life's transitions, and create sustainable habits that support greater clarity, resilience, and joy.

A retired licensed acupuncturist, Erika brings together decades of study in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama, Reiki, aromatherapy, somatic approaches, and Human Design. Her teaching has been deeply influenced by years of residential study and service with the Bihar School of Yoga in India, New Zealand, and Canada, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of integrating these practices into daily life.

Today, Erika shares this work through private Quantum Alchemy sessions, seasonal workshops, retreats, Reiki trainings, community classes, writing, and speaking. She is passionate about making ancient wisdom accessible, practical, and relevant for modern living—especially for those seeking greater balance, purpose, and a kinder relationship with themselves.
